How much does Pakka cost?

Is there a free trial?

To be announced. Owner: trial terms

Do I need to install anything?

No. Pakka runs in the browser on a laptop, tablet or phone. An installable home-screen app is coming soon.

What happens when the internet goes down?

You keep billing, including split payments at the counter. Bills are saved on the device and sync when you are back online. Receipts against old bills, supplier payments and reports need the internet.

Does it use the new GST 2.0 rates?

Yes. Pakka picks the GST rate in force on the bill date for each product, including the changes from 22 September 2025.

Can I bring my existing items and customers?

Yes — import items and customers from Excel (CSV), or start from the ready catalogue for your industry.

Does Pakka do e-invoicing and e-way bills?

Not yet. Both are on the way. If you must generate e-invoices today, keep using your current tool for those.

Can I get my data out?

Reports export to PDF and CSV, and every bill prints to PDF.

How do I pay, and do you issue GST invoices for the subscription?
